All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Payment terms:

• Full payment is required before shipment for retail orders
• Wholesale customers may qualify for net 15 terms after credit approval
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt.

5. Returns and Warranties

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.

Return policy:

• Defective products may be returned within 15 days of receipt
• Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
